I thought I had given a great review before but I guess not. This place is great! The pizza is great and the people who work there have mastered customer service. They always have something pleasant to say. The pizza is one of my favorites and that's another reason I keep coming back. I'm always looking forward to the deliciousness from Marco's. They even have two different kinds of pepperonis!
I ordered a pizza from Marco's (Marrero location). It was suppose to be ready by 5:22 PM. When I arrived, the young lady pretended that she couldn't find my order. I have her my name twice and phone number. After she received assistance from someone in the back, I had to wait another seven to fifteen minutes before my order was ready. This is the second time this has happened. The staff needs training and they should be aware of the orders being purchased online and in the store.

We ordered Marcos the first time a couple months ago and the pizza was phenomenal. Wings were like dominoes, just different flavor. And the cinnisquares were pretty good. I just ordered our second pizza from there...pizza only. 6 out of 10 dessert and 10 out of 10 pizza.
