I have visited before the staff is friendly, Food always decent Staff gets 4+ ratingI want to rate the app a "2", I ordered breakfast and arrived in enough time to get breakfast, sat in the drive through line almost 15min, to be told they switched to lunch. The staff refunded my money with no issue. Ordered via the kiosk. Nuggets, fries and a drink. Got my drink quick. After getting g my drink I sat at the table with my number tent. 12 minutes later I went to the counter because I had not received my order. It seems they had overlooked it. The employee quickly got it put together on a tray and handed it to me. So much for table service. 4 of my nuggets were stuck together. I go here quite often and everytime I go the experience is just awful. Whether it's waiting 20 minutes at the drive thru when it's not even busy or forgetting half of my order. But today I went and got a double quarter pounder with cheese large with a sweet tea and a side of ranch. They forgot my ranch as usual and my burger was raw when I opened it up. I will not be going to this location anymore.
