This place used to be better years ago. New ownership. Service was terrible. We were sitting at the table for 40 mins waiting on our food. - when we called the waitress to our table, the Waitress lied to us saying there was a big party when there wasn't. She forgot to put the order in and came back to our table to tell us it was gonna be another 20 mins because a big party came in after us. We got up and looked around- there was no big party. Then instead of making the situation better she laughed about it. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience. No manager apologized all staff ignored us. Never again.

We love the Daisy Dukes chain and, after shopping, we noticed one close by in Metarrie. We stopped in a were greeted right away by our server and sat down immediately. We found out that this amazing establishment is one of those blessed places that actively helps people who are recovering with jobs and a sense of normalness while recovering.I'm a 25 year recovering alcoholic and was almost brought to tears by how amazing this place is. Such a great atmosphere for sobriety! We will be coming back here every single time we're in the area.

We were searching for breakfast on New Years day and this was one of the few places listed as open...From the outside it doesn't look like much but from the inside it was warm, inviting, great service, great people, lovely decor, large portions, delicious food and a good variety. The homemade biscuits were some of the best I've ever had!Parking: There is parking in front and around back..I'm not sure if there was additional parking or where to park on the street..It seems like a popular place..I imagine so since the food was so good and when we arrived we got what appeared to be the last spot.

Daisy Dukes Restaurant is a popular local chain known for creating an authentic Southern atmosphere to complement their Cajun dining experience. This local restaurant chain currently operates seven locations, including three in the New Orleans Central Business District and additional branches in the New Orleans French Quarter, Mandeville, Kenner and this one in Metairie. They seem to really focus on their breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings at these restaurants so that is what their menu tends to be specialized in. Overall this is a decent spot to grab some decent food.My video review of Daisy Dukes is here:https://youtu.be/njyBgO5Xza0
