Loved the bartender but the food needs help! Gumbo was more of a broth with rice. Jambalaya was red rice and chicken in a cup. No taste. Shrimp etouffee had a lot of shrimp but kind of tasteless. My husband enjoyed the hamburger.

Went on a Friday night at about 8:30pm. The service was beyond horrible. We got our own silverware, my son actually waited so long for a water refill that he went to the lobby and got water from the complimentary station there. He also ordered a side of fries that came 16 minutes after the food had been served. But I gave it 2 stars because the food was very good. My sons chicken Parm was excellent. Chicken was crispy and tasty. My hamburger was great, and my husbands Mardi Gras pasta was good as well. The chef is very good. The servers need work. We would not return, sadly, because of the service.
While the food was decent (if extremely overpriced), at THE END of my meal, I was told their credit card machine wasn't working. But I could use their lobby ATM. With a $3 surcharge. Sorry, not sorry, for your lack of tip.

Everything was delicious! Cold beer and hot food! Very good quality! Steak, special chicken dish, and red beans and rice....all were phenomenal! Not busy at all!!?? Why ?? Fill this place!

Perfectly acceptable hotel bar at the Sheraton near the Galleria in Metry. The space is both the restaurant and the lobby and the bar. The staff was attentive and friendly. There is a nice patio area that is sort of on the street but they do a good job of screening it with potted plants so it is a nice space. There's also a lounge area adjacent if sofas are more to your liking. The prices for some drinks seemed a bit high, but my friends got discounted rates for drinks so woohoo for half price.

Set in a swanky airport hotel lobby, Hedges misses the mark on service, value. Excellent food, although portions on the Shrimp tacos were exhorbitantly small!!! I'd order one of the poor-boys next time...
