The filet mignon pho is to die for, the cut is so tender it melts. The aroma of the pho stock is perfect. I believe its the 5 spice. Or maybe anise. Just a guess but whatever it is really brings out the aroma. Next time i will try the spicy beef.
New Orleans does not deserve this gem of a restaurant! I've had pho from every city and state I've ever been to and the veggie/tofu pho is the best I've ever had. So flavorful and balanced. You can tell they so much pride for what they create and the space they present. It's a beautiful restaurant with a beautiful history. The pho is very very good but so many other things on the menu are incredible. The crepe is one of the best bites ever. Also, the spring rolls are great, ive never had anything that wasnt fantastic. Try the crepe!Vegetarian options: Good veggie options
