I used to live here in New Orleans and eat Popeyes regularly. Since I've moved away I've been able to go to Popeye's and other cities and the city where I live but it's not quite the same. Not sure if it's the amount of space or the quality of the chicken but Popeyes Chicken in New Orleans is absolutely the best fantastic fried Chicken hands down. Popeyes at this (drive through) location is hit or miss between good service and food quality. Sometimes you get good food at the cost of some attitude. Sometimes the sweetest cashier takes your order but the food may be cold or missing something if you don't check your order before leaving. Then there's a time when everything clicks; pleasant cashier and the food is spot on. At these times I would love to leave a 5 star review. Average at best is all I can do so 3 stars.
