This particular location the wait for the drive thru is forever- I ordered two sides and took 15-20minsRidiculous couldn’t get out of line since I had one car ahead of me and one behind me.They always run of everything or have the full menu
This location needs better management. Always understaff. Always out of something. Hell they didn't have any biscuits ready at Noon. The height of lunch rush. Lobby is consistently closed due to staff shortages. You'd think the drive-thru would move faster because of this since only working 1 order at a time. But NO. It moves even slower.

It's Popeyes.... Service never great. Just give me hot food. But did have to go inside because they forgot tarter sauce. Front counter rep was nice to get me small container of some vs just saying we don't have any to go sauce.
