This Smoothie King (3515 Veterans Memorial Blvd.) is by far the BEST smoothie king location. Service is provided in a timely manner and their staff are nice. This location always makes my smoothie on point, unlike other areas that can't seem to follow the recipe. This location is drive-thru, but also provides walk-up orders at their front window. I recommend the Muscle Punch smoothie.

Customer service was very horrible today!! Never experienced this before. I was in line for a smoothie saw that people were using the opposite lane so I pulled up to order not realizing they didn’t have a mic on that side I was greeted by an younger white gentleman before I can even say anything saying we saw u skipped everyone which was not the case so I tried to explain and he kept being rude over talking me and then ask wants your order . I said don’t worry about it baby you have a nice day. Very rude won’t be back . My money spends anywhere
The little boy act as if he graduated from third grade if that. Wanted to tell me how I wanted my order and would not be quiet. It's good that he works at the one in Metairie.

I love Smoothie King, but not this one. Ordered something and specifically said no peanut butter. When I refused it, they offered me the same item with the peanut butter scooped off it and peanut butter still on the lid. There’s no regard for peanut allergy or sensitivity at this location. I was not extended a third attempt or my money back because I got tired of them trying to kill me and threw it at the building and apparently littering isn’t justified after a near miss at negligent homicide.

Another bad Smoothie! In the area, hungry so I drive thru - bad decision. A few more minutes in the blender so the fruit isn’t lumpy and the protein powder is blended in. It was also watery - you can see the separation in the photo. Go to the Tchoupitoulas Street location!
