I was treated very rudely by the girl at the window, today, 2/28/24, 9:30 am.I first couldn't find what I wanted on the board, so I asked "Still serving breakfast?". She sarcastically responded, " Of course!"I said " OK. Give me a Toasted Breakfast Burrito, Steak"She responded "What? What do you want??"I said " Give me a No. 11, burrito only"She says "If you want a burrito only ask for a burrito!"I said " I did that, & you didn't understand me. So I gave you the number"She said " Don't yell at me!"I said "I raised my voice because you don't seem to understand me!"She said " Have a good day"She would not come to the window. I waited. She didn't come.As I was driving away, I could hear her yelling obscenities at me.Pending yr response, I will be posting this everywhere I can.What is wrong with these people? Totally unacceptable!Are they not trained?

Today was my first bad experience and I’m sure it is due to the new employees. I come here often and I have never seen them before they definitely need customer service training. Or take notes from the previous employees or other shifts. Second don’t sound so angry to take my order if you don’t like your job quit.The problem came in when I ordered something from the lunch menu which I normally do and never had an issue I was told by an employee that this location will make certain items from the lunch menu so I have done this for weeks. I only asked what changed and was met with passive aggression.Anyway I will make sure to avoid coming here when today’s morning shift is working.

Usually don't go their late but this time they had this young lady in the drive thru window attitude was amazing I couldn't believe it. Food was hot. She made sure order was accurate she needs a raise

I was on my way home and heard an ad on the radio about the chicken roll ups so I made a quick u turn and headed straight to Taco Bell. I'm so glad I did because they were great! I got an order of 4 with the guacamole and also ranch dipping sauce. They were exactly what I wanted them to be. I hope they are a regular item on the menu because I think I prefer them over the tacos. I used the drive thru for this visit and it was quick and the person at the window was friendly. Great job Taco Bell!

incompetent workers i swear. order two CHICKEN chalupa. on the receipt it says CHICKEN tell me why i have beef on my fucking taco..... if you don't have chicken okay tell me. don't just substitute as you please without any reason. be weary ordering here at night, always always some stupid issue coming here.

Considering I've never had any issues at other Taco Bell locations, this was the worst Taco Bell experience ever. I ordered two Beefy Melt Burritos with steak instead of seasoned beef via drive-thru at 1:00am. I had already paid using my card, and the manager told me after that there was no more steak, and the wait would be 30 minutes. I told her that I was fine with the seasoned beef and that I wanted a refund for the steak add-on because I didn't want to wait 30 minutes. She ignored me and told me to wait in the parking lot. An hour had passed and no one brought out my order. I called the restaurant 3 times and no one answered. I then got back in line for the drive-thru, and I asked about my order. The cashier apologized for the long wait and said my order was ready. No apology from the manager or any form of compensation. I wasted over an hour just to wait for two burritos with steak, when they easily could have refunded me for the steak add-on, and just given me the seasoned beef version. By the time I left, it was 2:15am. Also, because the drive-thru line was so long, some customers were going inside to order. I witnessed the manager yelling at a customer to get out because he was gonna get her fired. Even if the inside of the restaurant is closed past a certain time, she should not have yelled at a customer with that tone. No customers are gonna get her fired; her attitude is gonna get her fired.

If you are only going to have the drive-thru open then the doors and the sign outside should reflect that, it really is a shame to have a piece of real estate on Veterans as expensive as that is and not be open to the public except for drive-
