Just horribly understaffed. It’s not the employee’s fault — it’s the fault of whoever is running this franchise. The staff is clearly overwhelmed. Multiple people left the drive thru due to the wait time, took ages to get food and stuff was missing, people got the wrong food and had been waiting so long they were like “whatever it is, I’ll take it”. That’s bad.
If I could give 0 stars I would. 2 cars ahead of me, LITERALLY 30 minutes in drive thru, all other places closed, so there's no other choice. Missed my WHOLE lunch break waiting for the food smh and still left with nothing

It's decent. But right now, the tables are super sticky these lights above are flickering and are hurting my head. They said that the order did not go through and they are, most of the time, super understaffed. So understaffed that I had to leave because they did not come over.
