“We live in extreme South Arkansas and we come to Monroe all the time to see the doctor. We ALWAYS eat at this Firehouse. Talk about friendly, helpful and nice, whew! The food is just as good. The manager is an awesome guy and remembered us from the last time we were there several weeks ago. Now, these people are doing it right and need a raise. I am not joking here. Great employees deserve greater pay.“
“I went to this location on Monday l for the first time in awhile bc I had a taste for fish. It was fresh, hot, crispy and the customer service was really good. It's one of the only restaurants that serve Louisiana catfish in the city. Since Monday, I've been 2 more times!“
“Arby’s is almost always amazing. So much more flavorful food and something a little different from the norm. We really like the Greek gyros. They seem a little better if you get extra sauce. Sometimes they run a special two for $6.00. They also sometimes run the special on the beef and cheddar sandwiches. This particular restaurant is newer and kept very nice both inside and out! Very clean place. The people are always friendly. There is a ton of parking and the drive thru is quick.“
“We usually stop by and grab a quick lunch or linner(between lunch & dinner) when we make our weekly stop by the mall before or after shopping through the mall stores or just going to the movies.Kid-friendliness: My husband loves their spicy chicken sandwich and I enjoy the soups. “Busy today! This store is fairly easy to get into if you plan ahead. Ser ice is usually quick. A big to go order of several sandwiches slowed things down today. Food was food, service was good. Getting out of that parking lot.....a nightmare!“
“The positives: the location was extremely clean inside. Everything was in order, and all drink items/consumption accessories were filler to the brim. You can't say this about every fast food dining location. The food we asked for came as expected, was fresh, and tasted great. However, I surmised one of the reasons the food was hot and fresh wasn't because it was made at the time of request. It was, but only because at some point they quickly fell behind. 3 waiting on orders, 2 in front, 4 behind, and to my view a rather empty drive-through. I'm not sure if it's because 20 people showed up all at the same time, but preparation was not ready to handle the volume that came in. Someone did give my kid a free toy so that was nice!“
“This is my third time going to Raising Cane's and its always been the same, delicious food each time. The consistancy has been the same! I cant help but adore their cane's sauce, it is one of the best sauces i've ever had. If a chicken place was described as an art piece, then this would be the mona lisa.Parking: Beware of the parking though, its a little cramped.“
“My first visit. I loved the crunchy taco supreme, the enchilada(I would have preferred a corn tortilla but I like the chili sauce). I ordered the guacamole salad. The drive thru attendant asked me three times if I wanted beans. Each time, I said “I want the guacamole salad. No meat. No beans.” I get on the road and there’s no guacamole but plenty of beef and beans. Is there a way to order the guacamole salad, where you just get the guacamole salad?“
“We arrived late almost closing time. That didn't stop the employees from being friendly and patient. Even though my home is a few minutes away from this Subway. It was my first time stopping by there. I usually travel across town to the other subways. Being that this Subway sets back from the street. Between two other buildings which are closed while Subway stays open much later. The surrounding area isn't bright enough in my opinion. When I am alone I feel uncomfortable going there for safety reasons.“
“Ok, I want to start off by saying I love this place. I pass by it everyday so it is super convenient and there is a vast array of anything you could possibly want to eat... from sandwiches, to salads, to pizzas to the best baked potato in town. There is something for everyone. The touch screen order system pretty much makes sure they can't screw up your order and you are 100% in control of what you order, which is super nice. I love the selection of beverages from the large fountain drink station to the slush type drinks to the coffee station to the coolers in the back. ANYTHING you want pretty much is available to you. Now, with that being said, I have been getting breakfast there and my only complaint is that they don't season stuff. The potatoes and the eggs they put in the breakfast burritos are not seasoned at all. Salt and pepper people, salt and pepper, this is the south, we expect our food to be seasoned. I always ask for salsa to go with it because it does help, but not enough. So buyer beware at breakfast.“

I appreciate them for caring.I stopped for the first time today and was so impressed with the tenders. They were delicious! Mac and cheese needed a little help but the chicken was awesome!! “The best ice cream I’ve had by far! The last 2 times I’ve been have been horrible experiences. One time there was a frozen moth in my ice cream cup, the second time I ordered a small twister and received a small cup with two bites of ice cream in it. The staff is rude. I’ve never had a bad experience until this summer. Will definitely be visiting the West Monroe location from now on.“
