There is this new girl her name is Lakessia she works in drive thru she took my order and was so sweet so nice and fast I didn’t have to repeat my order or anything I would say Wendys is making a improvement with there staff
I went today and the service was horrible. I had missing food. When I went back the team was rude. One person acted like I was bothering them. Then when I got my reorder it was still wrong and they didn't want to listen when I tried to tell them, she just walked off. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
