About what you'd expect for a low-end fast food restaurant. It was pretty clear that my sandwich which was a ham, egg and cheese croissant was sitting under the heat lamp waiting for someone to order a number 3 and the sandwich I ordered had to be sitting under that heat lamp for a while.There is a clear difference from whenever you get a croissant sandwich that is fresh at Burger King and when you get a sandwich that has been underneath their heat lamps for an extended period...read full review
When I visit this Burger King, the food is always fresh and hot.And Customer service is always better than the Franklin restaurant.I come here more than where I live just for the decent Customer service and better food.

This Burger King had poor customer service, walked in staff doesn't speak, recognize someone is at the front counter and still doesn't acknowledge, left us standing and waiting for several minutes before taking our order, served us with a bad attitude but I was still polite, please be aware of the horrible service, the food was good despite the horrible employees
