Of the three "National Brands" of pizza located in Morgan City this is the only one that had a menu, and knew what the prices of their different sized pizza's were.I'm in charge of providing food for one of the docked Ships, and needed 15 pizzas. I just came down the road and stopped at them as they came available... no help/no knowledge of the information I sought... at the first two.Papa John's... YES
Just spoke with Zach after I incorrectly ordered some food. He was courteous, knowledgeable, a true customer service professional. He fixed my mess up and was very generous and understanding in helping me place a new order. What a great experience! Customer service is alive and well, thanks to Zach. It is much appreciated.
