I do love Subway. I don’t love however the way they are always out of things on their menu. It seems to be a systemic problem with Subway since it happens in almost every location I have visited over the years. It is literally my only complaint. Also, there have been many menu changes. It isn’t necessary. Just keep it simple and keep your options ready for your customers. It’s aggravating to go in wanting something and finding out it isn’t available. I don't know what happened with Subway leaving the EXXON gas station in Moss Bluff and moving to Dickey's BBQ, but we were not happy with our visit. The ingredients were as expected, stuffed and everything we ordered...BUT, the bread was awful. It was hard and the crust was dry. Every bite resulted in crumbs falling off the sandwich onto my plate and lap...not happy. How hard is it to serve fresh bread? Also, the survey printed on the ticket is not available for feedback...read full review
