Family owned. Food was okay .Run down though. Could use a renovation.Dietary restrictions: There is NO Kobe beef served here. Don't ask they're kinda pissy about it Why call yourself Kobe and not serve Kobe beef ? Kinda left yourself open for that inquiry..
I ate the bourbon chicken platter. Forgot to take a picture though. Delicious! It had a slight sweetness in the sauce on the chicken, a great size portion of rice, tender broccoli and cabbage, fried shrimp tails, gyoza and soup or salad for $13.

Waitress was extremely quiet, after clarifying order, didn't get it right, but she was prompt and asked if all was ok. Food was very good, would be nice to have sweet n sour sauce with egg rolls. Sauce for pan gyoza is amazing. Toilet not working well.
