The main dining room at Bourbon House is a beautiful place to take visitors and the menu gives a good sampling of local fare. Servings are large - we shared a combination seafood platter and it was plenty for two. Our server, Hank, was very attentive.
"I've been a fan of this restaurant for its exceptional food, especially the charbroiled oysters topped with crawfish—a dish we never fail to order and always enjoy. However, during our latest visit, the service fell short of expectations, leading me to remove a star from my usual rating. Went here after our flight got cancelled, we had the best dining experience we have had in a long time. Our waitress and the manager turned our whole day around just by being so friendly and pleasant.
