Always in search of alternative dining options when traveling to and from New Orleans. Just happened onto I-tal Garden and saved on my Google Maps as a place to try and my oh my, how did I ever miss this place! Amazing customer service and the food choices are many. The fried avocado blew me away as did the greens, mac and cheese, jackfruit ribs, roasted rosemary potatoes, fried cauli-wings, crabless cracked, hibiscus tea, ginger lemonade and desserts! Just an FYI, only open Friday Saturday and Sunday. This place is absolutely amazing. Food is incredible and I highly recommend the avocado fries and the crispy cauliflower wings with maple sriracha sauce. Food was some of the best Iāve ever had and all plant-based. Music was amazing, overall great experience.

Whatās left of my not crab cake and RA pastaā¦the BEST vegan and GF food Iāve ever had!!!! I thought for sure I would be sickā¦no way my allergy food could be this tasty and comparable to āreal foodā nope!!!! Not sick at all! I felt like I was eating ābadā food. Thank yāall so much because I canāt eat anything just anywhere! Will be back!!!!!
