I came with a group of 9 for brunch, and DQ was our waiter. He absolutely made this experience for us! He was so kind and friendly from the get go. He offered us great recommendations from the menu, gave us insight into the history of the restaurant and some of the dishes, and was so personable throughout our service experience. Loved the individual vinyl records being played & changed as the evening progressed! Great music to dine by. The design & decor of this restaurant is worth the trip; the lighting is just fantastic, plus the upper area wall accents of palm fronds atop the netting — scored from a private visit to the NOLA Opera Company warehouse? Absolutely loved the atmosphere. The cocktails are delish! Recommend the Passion in Palermo. We sampled all the appetizers, small plates, pastas and deserts. Loved the brussel sprouts, meatballs and fried mozzarella! The peanut butter budino was absolutely delicious. Thank you for the wonderful service!!!!
