UPDATE 2022:We came back to NOLA for this establishments Bow Wow as it is a staple at this Neyow's in New Orleans. We have one in Atlanta, but it misses several marks and needs to revamp and get some much needed tips from the originators. We are here visiting from South Carolina and the food and service was amazing. The fried chicken is a must along with the carrot soufflé. And for my drinkers must try a Bow Bow . I would have licked my plate if I could... A must come back

Amazing food. Well worth the trolley ride from FQ. The best gumbo I had while in NOLA, although I would recommend getting the larger bowl, as the cups were rather small. My wife had perfectly done fried chicken and I had the delicious shrimp creole. And of course, we had to try the infamous Bow Wow, which absolutely lives up to its hype.
