We got here because we saw a picture of a pizza in a local foody magazine… we ordered gluten-free Funghi (funghi, fontina, truffle oil, arugula) pizza… best Pizza ever in US (maybe worldwide) we have had. We are from Argentina, we are so sad to know you guys are closing this store, hope you can reconsider or reopen in a new location. NOLA tourists would love this pizza - if they get to the right spot - here!!! Thank you for the love and passion

AWESOME!!! AND AWESOME IS AN UNDERSTANDMENT!!From the time we walked through the door, to the table we sat at, to the customer friendly and abundant service, to the food and the mixed drinks by Dylan. Dylan is an amazing bartender, I haven't had a complete ? customer experience in a VERY long time. This place is refreshing experience all around.❤️Thank you,Mrs. Otey

This is a great dinner option in Algier’s Point close to the ferry. Salads are massive. We got arancini for appetizer and 3 pizzas (thin crust): Margherita with added prosciutto, The Carne, & the Spicy Meatball. They use San Marzano tomatoes for the sauce and it’s wonderful. Happy hour saves you a couple dollars per cocktail/beer and ends at 6pm. Try the Last Word. The waitresses were very kind and attentive. I even left my card accidentally and they kept it safe for me.

Used to be great. Quality has gone downhill fast. Owner is largely to blame, just look at how she replies to complaints on here.As soon as she took to the floor things just kept getting worse. Always flustered, always rude, and is cutting corners with ingredients. Used to come once a week, now I don't bother at all. What a disappointing fall from grace. Way to go Suzanne...

Gorgeous spot with delicious creative food… So glad to see that y'all have made it through the challenges of the pandemic… It was tough on restaurants… Y'all remember to support Algiers point and it's amazing owner here..... Family style in the front and adults in the cute bar in the back… I am a fan!

From Lafayette and came for lunch/supper. We hadn’t really eaten all day so maybe that was some of the problem. We were waiting and stuff and perhaps we were too loud about our disappointment on the wait (it is made from scratch so I wasn’t too bothered but we got our pizza a little later then everyone else) and then the owner came and asked how everything was. That led to a loud conflict where attitude was given on both sides.Other than that, the pizza was pretty tasty and the cinnamon knot things were pretty good. The honey goat something sauce that can come with the knots was strong but not bad. It’s kind of like a unsweetened room temp cream cheese. Unfortunately, the bread was a little too hard for my braces and chewing into the bread bent my wire and my mouth really hurts. The pizza is thin crust btw.If not for the conflict, I’d say 4.5 stars. The waiter was really nice but a few mistakes were made. Someone at the table wanted pepperoni pizza and we were given cheese and once that was mentioned, nothing was done about it. And we asked for a substitution but it was not given. Not major mistakes.

Travalino never disappoints. Hands down one of the best pizza spots I’ve been too!

Staff in the bar was very attentive and friendly. We got the bruschetta pizza and it was delicious. Drink prices are fair also. We will go back again!

Phenomenal Food and service and the drinks! Enjoyed my first happy hour at this Algiers gem of a pizza shop! Every cocktail was well made and delicious! Happy hour is daily from 4-6; Specialty cocktails for $7 and specialty Pizza is Shrimp or Chicken Bruschetta Pizza. Food enjoyed: Bruschetta Fries, Fried Risotto, Chicken Bruschetta Pizza. Pizza is king here. The crust is thin and crispy but sustains to handle the toppings. Everything is freshly made including the pizzas that take about 30 Minutes to prepare. Love it!

We had a meat lover’s pizza with pepperoni, sausage and prosciutto. They make their pizza very very thin, almost like eating a cracker. It was okay but the prosciutto made it too salty. The location is good—it's right near the dock but it is very small and they seat people practically on top of each other. Prices are good for this area and the wait staff are good.

Man, best pizza on the West Bank! If you haven’t been here, 110% recommend stopping in for a bite & a drink. You will not regret it !

I have been coming here for the past 4 years and over the past year this place has went down. My last three pizza orders were horrible. My Rice balls were cold in the middle and the last two pizzas I ordered were undercooked with very few toppings. This use to be my number one pizza joint but I guess all good things must come to an end. I will not be dining from here ever again. Customer service is amazing but quality of food has declined dramatically!

Tavolino's has wonderful pizzas, but the Gorgonzola & Fig pizza is the BEST! Great service and patio seating.

I've eaten here a few times now and each time has not disappointed! This time we got the pizza to go. The Behrman Hwy is a thin crust pizza with a Vietnamese twist, the fish sauce and pickles carrots and radishes adds flare to the pizza which makes me get it most times. The Nodi di Pasto (essentially dough knots) with a cheese dip (you can get goat cheese or marinara as well) is one of my favorites! And the "Ping" olives were quite good for someone who doesn't love olives. Tavolino's is located in Algiers Point right by the Ferry that takes you across to the French Quarter. They have a great indoor space as well as a couple of tables outside.
