“We went after the lunch crowd. It was a cute place and every thing was clean. Service was great. Sister in law can't eat bread. They made her a bowl with all the fixing. If you are in St Rose seeing plantations stop by.”

They didn’t have the original flavor I wanted, but the barista was kind enough to share their favorite (rum barrel<not listed on the chalkboard; may not always be available) . It was splendid!”

“Wow, where to begin! My family of five is on vacation from Detroit, MI and we had just gone on an airboat tour when we googled local restaurants. We landed on this gem, Jae Flem. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we were well taken care of with the utmost hospitality. And the food!! Let me tell you, you will not be disappointed. The fish, chicken, shrimp, Mac n cheese, and especially the crab cakes were all spectacular. Plus, the dessert! Do yourself a favor and check this place out.”

“This place was absolutely amazing. I had the brisket sandwich and had to remove some of the brisket off because there was as do much of it on the sandwich. Also ordered the cheese grits which were delicious. To go I ordered a link of their smoked brisket Boudin and I will be returning to Gonzo's because of this item. I've never had anything like it. Didn't taste anything like boudin but it tasted glorious. The burnt ends looked amazing but person in front of me ordered last lb.”

“Although I wish they were open a little longer during the week because I could use a lighter option for dinner then the choices we have in st Charles parish, it's a great spot for me to eat for lunch when needed. The food is light, delicious and some of the selection is health conscious. I don't care for the tea but that's my personal preference but I like the cold brew and my kids like that flight frozen coffee stuff on Saturday”

“We were over the top with the entire meal. We started with the sampler appetizer and it was amazing. I had spaghetti and meatballs with the Italian house salad and my fiance had the meatball poboy. Everything was amazing and so delicious and the service was excellent. I have looked for an Italian restuarant to please my palate and have been disappointed but NO MORE, Gendusa's has met my expectations above and beyond!”

“This is a family friendly establishment serving flavorful food with love. This is the best food I’ve had in New Orleans so far. The portions are great and there was no missing flavor from anything we ordered. Most tourist restaurants we’ve been to needed seasoning. This place does it right!We tried the generous shrimp po-boys, fried okra, a heavenly mac n cheese, and a delicious bread pudding. I would recommend it all.”

“I've passed by this place quite a bit, and finally stopped in today. They have desserts, breakfast, and lunch. The atmosphere is pretty relaxing. I got the Korean BBQ poboy, and it was absolutely AMAZING!!!! It was seasoned well with a slight kick of spice. All the flavors came together beautifully on a perfectly soft bun! My only regret is, that I didn't get two of them!!!!”

“Cafe de monde is the New Orleans icon, I was so happy to find that there was an airport branch. I love that no significant change in the price as we all know that everything in any airport is in high price from its usual price.However , the coffee au lait was good , but the beignet was little bit dry and seemed like it wasn’t fresh.”

The food was really good, and came out really fast. The staff were very helpful in helping us decide on sushi and appetizer options s since there was plenty to choose from. “The food was great and so were the prices. I had the blackened redfish with cajun potatoes. The potatoes were not spicy to my pallette. The fish was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor. For our appetizer we had crabcakes and char grilled oysters. Crabcakes were filling and decently sized. The oysters were great and the price was unbeatable. The wait was a little long but that is to be expected when the food is good.”

“I was there on their grand dim sum opening. The staff is very friendly and Attentive. The food is very good. Been trying lots of Chinese restaurants in the area, I would say their food is authentic and freshly made, not from frozen package. It's great place if you have big group of people and family. However, don't go if you are in your lunch break because the wait time for food is long, and recommend an hour to finish the meal. Pay attention for what you order since they lost track of it, and seem like they miss some of items that I marked down on the piece of paper to order. They also made mistake on my bill, because they extra charge me for 2 more plates that I didn't order. They did correct it, and apologized for the mistake. it's their first day, and it's super busy, so making mistakes are understandable. I will come back for the food.”

“Met a friend for lunch here. I had a bowl of white bean and turkey gumbo and she had a shrimp salad. While the "gumbo" might sound unusual everything about it was delicious-flavor, consistency, portion size. My friend's salad was ample with plenty of shrimp and a variety of complimentary vegetables to make it interesting and flavorful. The ranch dressing was ranch but appeared to be made in house. She loved it. Friendly, accommodating service added to the casual, comfortable atmosphere.”

“We always order to go and have had a lot of their food.Burgers, they're absolutely delicious. This is everyone in our house's favorite place for a good burger. And we're burger people lol. Mushroom Swiss is good, husband likes the one with bbq sauce and bacon. My favorite is the cheddar burger. The patties are HUGE and they put a mound of cheese, which is what makes it my favorite burger. They come with fries and they're pretty standaro fries. The appetizer sampler is SO worth it. Artichoke dip is creamy and full of chucks of artichokes, southwest egg rolls are, buffalo wings are just. I haven't had any other flavor but I'm sure they're all good. The wings are the huge ones. The steak night plate and Philly cheese steak sandwich are on the list of things to try. It isn't overly priced and the bartenders are always sweet and helpful.Shoutout to Sydney who is super sweet! If you haven't tried this gem TRY IT, because it's easily the best restaurant in Kenner.”
