The drive thru window got my order wrong. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and they gave me a regular non-spicy chicken sandwich. The staff need to communicate with each other better or have a sticker system. Or even a marker system so huge mistakes like that won't happen.
I took one star off service because they don't do a very good job of calling out customers' names when their order is ready. In fact, they had to remake our order because someone else picked it up and got a free meal because I wasn't standing at the counter waiting for them to hand me my order. Also, there is no trash can in the bathroom to put the paper towels in. Otherwise, I am pleased with everything about this location. Basic fast food. I did not go inside because I did not like the looks of it. The drive up speaker is almost useless but my sandwich was good. The ghost pepper sauce was surprising and a little bit spicy than I would expect from fast food.
