The worker at the front stated that she was no longer taking orders in the store because her shift was over and the next shift employees hadn’t arrived. So she stood behind the register and directed people that came in to either order online or go through the drive thru. She was able to take orders but decided that was wouldn’t. Mind you this is at 4:30pm.
After waiting in drive through line for 15 min, I had to use bathroom. So chose to go inside. Which was another 15 min waiting with only 1 person taken care of…. And I was going to wait UNTIL I saw a guy fixing food in the back, stop, slowly walk outside, casually smoke his cigarette in front of the literal entry way, slowly walk back in, during a rush.I wouldn’t have cared BUT He left the sweet cashier to make and take orders to go smoke for 1.For 2 The reason I left is bc...read full review
