“I was in the Gonzales area with my mother in law and the seafood place she wanted to go to wasn't open. I googled some restaurants in the area and came across ToeGo Seafood. The service was excellent, very friendly and the food was amazing. I definitely will visit again when I'm in the area.”

“I love this place! I go about 2-5 times a month. Great food, great service, and friendly atmosphere! Food is seasoned well and some of the best ice cream and sweet tea! My favorite days to go is on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. The buffet runs about $15 an adult.”

It tastes so similar to the dish I used to get when I was living overseas. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve been searching since 2016.Tzatziki is always a must. The baklava? Absolutely stunning. It has to be my favorite I have had to date. Reminds me of my local Mediterranean restaurant I frequented as a kid. The fried cheese was delicious. “I came here because I pass it all the time and go to the same place for my shawarma. I decided to stop in and it was the best decision I could’ve made. The customer service and food was absolutely stellar. The original garlic based white sauce with the shawarma is amazing, and the shrimp pasta I got was also amazing. “Well a friend of mine from NOLA recommended this place. He said it was a bit out of my way on the drive back from Baton Rouge back to NOLA, which it was.....I literally drove by this place as I was looking for a large sign/ restaurant parking lot etc....No it's a small building with a drive thru and maybe a walk up window for service. I noticed some picnic tables in front as I drove off.With that said....the food didn't disappoint. We had the ribs, brisket, burnt ends, and chicken wings.Look this understated joint is worth the ride if you are not from the area. Don't sleep on the smoked fried chicken wings, and burnt ends. The sides all have some added spice to them and there's pork tasso in the potato salad....different but I was all in. Actually the pickled onions and pickles had an added flavor as well.”

“I was looking other pizza restaurants besides Papa John's and Domino's. My boyfriend and I came here for lunch. I ordered the Angry Bee Pizza. When I took a bite, I immediately gave him a slice.I love the sweet and spicy flavor. Adding honey to a pizza is a game changer! It balance the heat from the jalapenos and spicy sauce. The dough is great, too. I am big fan of pizzas being cooked in a brick fire. It brings out the ingredients better than cooking it in the oven.Now Google Maps show that they close at 9pm everyday but it needs to be adjusted. Sun-Tuesday, Jabby's close at 8pm. There is a sign on the door with their closing hours.Overall this was a great experience!”

“The large chicken pho is twice the amount of everything you would get at any other place! I've never had a dish from there that was not absolutely AMAZING!!! Don't go to them high priced folks on Hwy. 30, go to Bao instead, you will NOT be disappointed!”

“Went to have drink and see acoustic duo, Perique, perform on the patio. Ended up staying for both sets and really enjoyed the food (the charbroiled oyster app and grilled yellowfin tuna entree) as much as the performance. The young lady tending bar was sweet and attentive to all the patrons' needs. The group came to chat after their final set and were two terrific guys that have a real talent for their craft. A very nice evening out.”

“Solid little local place. Stopped by for a quick dinner and had quick friendly service and pretty tasty meal. We really enjoyed the bread plate and the desserts. Entree went with spaghetti because and definitely recommend that extra meatball, the meatballs were so good. Wish we had some extra Parmesan or chili flakes on the table, I needed a little something. But will definitely swing by again sometime and try again.”

“This is a good spot for a quick snow cone on a hot day! The kids love stopping here and trying their various flavors. You can also order a cup of vanilla ice cream if your child doesn’t like snow cones. The atmosphere is fun since they have a number of tables and chairs to sit at.”

“Great Greek! Our fav is chicken/gyro ombination plate with extra humus ... plus mediterranean salad. We order take out here several times a month. Can't really rate atmosphere because only ordet take out. Desert cakes are incredible - i always add a few to our to go order when wife sends me to pick up alone :)”

Had some issues with an order, card was charged but for some reason the order didn't go through, and he was on top of it and made sure I was getting my order. “I didn't eat here, except for free spaghetti cooked as a tail gate meal. I'm not sure if the person that cooked it was an owner or just a loyal patron. The atmosphere was fun and inviting. The drinks were a bit on the higher end, but for the crowd draw, acceptable. The bar had plenty of room indoors and out, with a full bar at each. The atmosphere was festive and friendly, and the view on the creek was great. I highly recommend a stop in.Parking: There is a wide open gravel lot here. I left my vehicle over night and did not retrieve it until the next day. I had no issues. It's a mixed lot for the bar and the boat ramp.”
