Atmosphere is Jimmy John’s, I mean, freaky fast, freaky good, am-a-right? So we stopped by for quick good food and they delivered, well kind of we picked up since we were looking for quick food on the way home from a long drive. So I order food from this particular location weekly. I order ahead on the app and just pick up, before my 12 hour shift at a hospital. I received a call while driving stating that they don't have anymore French bread. So I ask what kind they have and wheat was an option, and that is what I chose. I walk in and get my bag to see that I don't have an 8" wheat sub, but a 4" wheat sliced bread sandwich! There was no mention of sliced wheat bread. No ice, bread hard as a rock on the bottom. Asked, and was not given a suitable alternative or fix (batch was all overcooked I'm told). Other employee has young child in kitchen. Do better!!!
