I ordered Onion rings large, 2 orders and tea. Tea was good. The onion rings over cooked very rock hard unable to eat. Took forever to take the order and longer to get it. They didn't seem very busy at all. Waste of money to eat here I have not been in over a year and now I remember why. One of the worst Sonics I ever ate at. Ordered ice cream cups for 4 kids. Cups had one swirl of ice cream at the bottom and less than 1/4 full. When I asked for more ice cream the manager refused, was very ugly about the situation, and had an attitude! Will not return! Horrible customer service!

The normally reliable local sonic has been taking an extremely long time to get very simple orders out. This is during extremely calm mornings and shouldn’t be happening.I see people constantly running around inside but nobody’s orders come out. What’s going on in there??
