As the waiting times can be unpredictable and usually very long, i was happy to learn online ordering is available. You can only order up to 1 hour in advance. So i did. Absolutely nothing was prepared at the scheduled pick up time and i waited inside for another 25 minutes only to see what were probably part of my order disappear through the pick up window. I've ordered on the app SEVERAL times hoping that my meal would be prepared when I get there. Unfortunately it never is & Im always asked to pull up while others are served before me. I often have missing items such as dips or ketchup. Food is sometimes good but last time I went I could tell that my chicken tinders were cut in half and very small. I always have much better luck at the Houma and Thibodaux location.

The restroom needs a thorough cleaning.The rest of the restaurant was acceptable, but there were no napkins or cup lids.Service was prompt and polite, but the red beans tasted old.
