Edited from 4 stars, kinda going down in service. Not exactly the friendliest staff lately. I understand it's hard to find people to work, could possibly the reason. The staff may be over worked.
*Editing previous 5 star review* Has literally been hit or miss lately. Just left there after being asked to hold for a moment. They NEVER came back to take our order. The button was still activated and cars that came up after me had their orders taken.

Don’t usually go to fast food but decided to try sonic. I was disappointed I got a chicken sandwich and fries. Placed the order and was delivered to car in less than 5 minutes which at first thought was good was later realized that food was probably already cooked and sitting under a heat lamp. Chicken was tough and dry and fried were hard. I hope this was an isolated case. Guys after a certain time under heat lamp don’t serve. The malt was very good.
