Food was good, we had no issues with it. Our server seemed a bit stressed - took too long to bring drinks after we ordered them. Forgot to bring requested items and had to make more than one trip for us to get them. Had to have help getting food to table i.e. she didn't bring it someone else did. The service is usually better so I am giving 4 stars and giving the server the benefit of doubt for slow service. I hit this place as tradition whenever I take a trip to the Horseshoe. Usually a slam dunk. But THIS time...Right off the bat, the greeter/seater displayed nothing but indifference from the get go, and then total aggravation when I requested another table. However...my wait staff was wonderful, and I tipped her well in spite of the initial "greeting".Pines Rd, Shreveport, a.m., 3/4/24.
