1st impression was dirty floors but good prices. No working a/c. Tables looked clean. I don't know how temporary the a/c situation is. The guy who took my order was nice. Young Asian lady very good with people, especially young children. Ample parking. Good amount of well patiently prepared food, for the money My Favorite place. Inside clean but not fancy at all. Ample parking, and easy access.

I grew up around the corner from this place and absolutely love it, since like 2001 or so. I call to order the fried crab cheese wontons, and they know it's me and ask how many orders. They are amazing!
