Just an absolute gem! Have visited twice trying the lemongrass beef Banh mi, steamed dumplings and shrimp pad Thai. All are superb especially the shrimp pad Thai. You order at the counter, pick your seat and they bring your food. Fast and efficient. Long live Phams!Parking: Parking available front and back.
