Seemed to have a bad kitchen manager as they were out of few items like filets and straws. Manager was disconnected and dismissive of me when I came inside. The guy working the drive through was very courteous and helpful when I came back inside to get an extra sauce. Associate >
When I tell you disgusting! Paid $24 for food we threw away. Asked for half/half NOPE, I requested fresh french fries NOPE, guess the manager didn’t have time. The red beans and rice were literally uneatable. The rice was hard!!! We tried to eat it but we were spitting out rice. Unacceptable!!!! Take pride in your service & especially the food!! Okay if you know me when in Louisiana I have to get Popeyes. This location was okay. The chicken wasn’t the best I’ve had in Louisiana, but great compared to where I live. The chicken was fresh just lacked that flavor I was expecting, and the mashed potatoes was GROSS . The service was fantastic, like phenomenal.
