I went to Taco Bell the other day, and ordered what I usually get, but made the mistake of not checking the bag before I left from there. They had messed up my order and left something out. I didn't feel like going back up there, so I just dealt with it. The food was good as always, and I am sure that I will be back again.
Everything is better when it comes to actually being at Taco Bell in person cause less mistakes are made.But when it comes to ordering online and having it delivered,a lot of mistakes are made.They fail to get my order right every single time.When you order supreme tacos on their online app to be delivered to your home,instead of receiving supreme tacos with tomatoes and sour cream,they'll give you regular tacos instead.They leave out the tomatoes and sour cream.Taco Bell employees...read full review

I would’ve given 5-stars but the cashier tried to argue with me saying my son got his frozen drink when he never got it, they gave someone else his drink. So, I told her that I’m looking at my son without a drink and that he never received it. If not for that, I would have given them 5-stars.
