You cannot go wrong with this location. The staff is very pleasant and they have no problem replacing or fixing their screw-up which has only happened to me once. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of.
First off, I only gave it a 2 because my husband said his was ok. I ordered a Taco Salad. Now, the picture on the inside menu shows a beautiful big Taco Salad with fresh greens, sour cream, salsa and chips, NOT!!! I received a small plastic container of brown lettuce, tomatoes, and the cheese was…… I can’t even explain it. They put in a small chili(I love Wendy’s chili) and a packet of vinaigrette dressing(???). Needless to say, I didn’t eat the salad, but I did eat...read full review

It's a regular business good customer service fresh food if it's not fresh enough your able to ask them to drop it but most of the time it fresh and hot I had a great experienceParking: pines road it is about 4 or 5 mobile parking spots for you to park and order your food,pay and then come in or go threw the drive thru very fast and much better they offer free or low money perks in the app.
