This place customer service is very disgusting, I came up here to order something to eat, this was around 12:17 that they stated they were close, even though they were supposed to stay open till 1 o’clock I give props to the gentleman that wanted to help me out, but he did not know how to take orders as he was trying to help me, I heard the manager yelling and cursing up a storm to the gentleman about not taking my order, she is a very DISGUSTING INDIVIDUAL!!! They need to close this location down at this point. Every time I go to this location it’s a problem with something and I’m not coming at the last minute like an inconsiderate person. They never get the simplest order right, who gets a chicken fry meal wrong. If I could do zero stars I would 1000%.
The sandwiches in the commercials for their Melts look great! So much so, that I went to get one from this location. This is what it says on their online menu:"Burger King's Classic Melt features two flame-grilled Whopper Jr. patties (2 oz each) for ¼ lb. of pre-cooked patty weight, melty American cheese, fire-roasted onions, and Stacker Sauce on two slices of toasted bread."It clearly states toasted.
