Could have been much better. Sakura Express must mean that quality is going down quickly.Just tried this place yesterday with my wife and some of her friends. Ordered the steak hibachi. It wasn't quite horrible but it also wasn't very good. It took forever (over 15 minutes) to get two iced teas. My wife's and my dish were prepared for well over 15 minutes and sat on the table behind the cashier's station. The cashier never called to tell us the meal (such as it was) was ready....read full review
Beware, the one cashier, Neeky, is very rude. I placed my order and asked for a cup for water. Which the other, trainee, picked up a big cup, Neeky tells her "No, the other cup, we don't get paid enough to give the big cup" And I'm a frequent customer!!!

The food was good. Not very good. The serving sizes were less than generous. The gentleman who took my order was impolite. Acted as though he had better things to do than take a customer's order. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was passable. The parking area was sparse and disoriented.
