“I usually get takeout from this Jersey Mike's because I am not usually on that side of town, but I will drive over there for a JM sammy! Yum! I love the veggie sandwich options. If you like a hot sandwich, the portobello mushroom and swiss is tasty and is unique amongst sandwich chains. The cold Veggie sandwich is good - get extra cheese and it is as filling as a meat sub. The Philly chicken cheesesteak is fabulous, better than the steak version. I love the hot pepper mix they offer. Goes with almost any sub on the menu. The staff are friendly. I have had them bring out carside delivery in bad weather and they are still cheerful. Props for that. Sometimes they are busy and hustling and the vibe gets a little rushed but that's understandable. The store is clean. It is small so it gets crowded at peak times. The traffic flow through the ordering line doesn't always work very well, kind of meanders through the tables. They have an outside patio where you can sit if the weather cooperates. The parking lot is crazy tight. Narrow lot with straight-in parking spaces. Add a few big SUVs squeezing in there and you are taking your chances. Save your car doors and park down by the Walgreens and walk to the store.“

“This store is very clean and inviting. Someone will call out and welcome you when you enter. The employees are friendly and efficient. The display of food items is very well laid out and tells you a variety of things about each sandwich. Restrooms are clean and there is a good air change per minute.The sandwiches are very reasonable. My favorite is the Turkey, Bacon, Ranch on wheat. The person who makes your sandwich does not hold back on the amount that is put on the sandwich.Be sure to install the Firehouse app so you can get the points applied when you buy sandwiches. Get enough of them and you can get a free sandwich!Get to this store for a great lunch experience.“
“I went here yesterday with my gf to grab some early dinner. The young lady working did an excellent job at listening and making sure she got our sandwiches perfect and evenly distributing all of the ingredients and double checked that everything looked correct. “The lettucewich is my go to for a healthier, quick option. It is delicious and filling. It is the best thing since slice bread (see what I did there?).I read some people are disappointed in the size. It is the same amount of meat and toppings as if it was a sandwich. The lettuce wrap gives the illusion of being less. Yes people, there is a bunch of lettuce, but how else will you make a wrap with only 2 pieces of lettuce. Not to mention, have you tried to make a lettuce wrap at home? I have and it's not pretty. Thanks for attending my TED talk.“
“I've ordered here more than 20 times. They've always been great at my orders but I've never left a review. Today they messed up my order, 2 slices of carrot cake. I got home, noticed one was cheesecake, called them and they made it easy and gave me a handwritten apology. First class service that's worthy of being acknowledged.“
“My first time inside Chicken Salad Chick today for lunch. I have to say I was very impressed! I had an original sandwich and it was very good. There were lots of choices on what kind of salads, different types of bread, even croissants! That's right up my alley, but you don't have to have bread. I just wanted to see what their classic meal was about. It could have had a little more chicken salad on the sandwich but for $8.99 I was happy. You get a side also. They have several to choose from. They have a soup of the day you can get too, which is what I got. Broccoli cheddar , and it was good. They give you plenty of crackers too . I'm always happy when I get a big pickle on the side, lolThe place was clean and the customer service lady was very nice. I told her I was new and not sure what to get. She was kind and helpful. They gave me a little number for my table and I could go sit. They brought the food to me, and that's a plus to me.I did get a drink. I got a regular one, not a large. It was $2.19. But I will say that for $2.19, it was pretty large, but that's optional.So for $8.99+tax I got a chicken salad sandwich, soup, crackers, and even a cute little cookie.I went with my sister to the other chain place (that starts with Pan. ) a couple months ago and I paid for both. I got the same thing I bought here except Pan. gives you bread with your soup, not crackers. My bill was way over $40, nearly $50, but we did get a huge cinnamon roll, and 2 drinks.SOO, when I want chicken salad and soup again, it will be here. It's almost half the price.Has anyone been to McD. lately? I spent that much there and it was a burger and fries. Gone are the days of eating out for cheap. Im glad I came and can't wait to come back with my sister!“
