This location for lunch is busy! Unfortunately they are understaffed. The drive thru definitely moves faster than dine in. The manager mentioned to all the guest 1-4-23 they were extremely short handed. The food was okay. The service was poor. That's because there was no true leadership. Take a order bag an order. There was a 5 minute, wait on mild legs. But the wait did not take long, and they gave us hot crispy fries with the 2 legs plus the other order, and the food was prepared above standard.

Going to this location was like going back in time to what Popeyes is supposed to be like. I live in Orange, TX, and for years the Popeyes there has been declining in service, food quality, and building maintenance. We stopped going. I happened to be in the Sulfur area today, so I walked in and ordered a family meal. The store was clean and bright.
