The preparation and presentation of the food made it totally unappetizing!They were out of ketchup... a burger and fries joint out of ketchup! Imagine that.Overall, the order was a total bust for the money spent there!
The food is always fresh at this wendys. It took a little longer to receive our food, but you could tell they were short staffed. They were also friendly which is a huge plus considering: how busy they were, short staffed, and we had a large order.

This was my 2nd time at this location. Inside and outside could use a little loving care; not the cleanest. The reception wasn't "warm". I realize it's not fine dining, but every customer should be greeted with a friendly smile. Fries were room temp, and lots of the drink options were not available.
