Scott’s straddles the line of fast casual offering dine in and a drive thru (they make each order as it’s placed so have some patience it’s worth it)I dined in and was absolutely beyond impressed with my waitress. Caitlin was her name, my tea never went below half empty and the complementary hush puppies basket was brought out fresh and hot. She must have brought my food out as soon as it left the grill as it was still steaming hot. She’s definitely a keeper as she was the best waitress I’ve ever had, I couldn’t help, but to leave her a hefty tip! Overall Scott’s is a local restaurant I’m so glad to have in the area, stop by you won’t be disappointed!!“
“The food was delicious. Crawfish was seasoned nicely, not too spicy, but if you like spicy they wouldn’t be spicy at all to you. Chargrilled oysters was some of the biggest I ever had. Our waiter was extremely attentive despite the large crowd. Most people had an estimated 45 minute wait time. I think it was only about 25 minutes for us though. They are well worth checking out.“
“I am a Louisiana and West Monroe native, now living in California. All these years and I had never actually been inside Crawfish City until today and I just really loved everything about it. The staff was super friendly. The boiled shrimp were INSANE! And the place was super cute and made me feel so happy to be home. I highly recommend going here for the shrimp. I also had their crawfish at a wedding not long ago and they also killed it. Nice job Crawfish City. Thanks for making this Louisiana boy happy today alongside my mom!“
“Golden pier food is Top-Notch and the service there is amazing not to much the restaurant has such a nice warm cozy home feeling to it.I love how they treat their customers and how clean everything is.Parking: They have a great certain amount of parking space for quite a few people.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant itself is kid-friendliness I love it kids can enjoy themselves there and have fun at Golden Pier.“

Star for the service because every time I place a Togo order the short Chinese lady always and I mean always have an attitude when I come in to dine her attitude is always just Awful.. I wouldn’t frequent this place much but my family enjoys it but I absolutely do not like spending my hard earned dollars at place with service as such from one person everyone else provide outstanding service..“

“We loved Milano’s! Just passing through town on our RV journey, and this restaurant caught our eye. We also caught the delicious aroma of the garlic rolls before we entered, too. Food was absolutely terrific and delivered hot. Our server Ashley was a doll and down-home friendly. We’d definitely eat here often if we lived locally!“
“Wow I tried almost all of the street tacos pork, carne asada, barbacoa, shrimp and fish and they were amazing. Loved the spicy salsa to put on the tacos as well very flavorful. The large cheese dip was huge also, bigger than El Paso. Chips were warm and the salsa was great also. The menu is huge so I can’t wait to try more! I didn’t like the fajita chicken but maybe that’s just me. A little piece of Mazatlan in West Monroe!! Our waitress Bonnie was also very attentive and nice.“
