Been coming here pretty frequently.The ingredients are normally very fresh.The customer service is really what you make it. I feel like if you go in and don't give anyone a hard time (i.e. just tell them what you want) then there really isn't anything to pick on about the staff. I ordered from DoorDash. I ordered 2 footlongs \\u0026 2 salads. One of the footlongs was super soggy. It also had a ton of sauce on there, which was not requested. This was honestly my first bad experience with this location. The workers there are always super nice, respectful, and helpful. The food is always on point. This was the only partially bad experience I had. I threw the sandwich away, as I could not stomach the sogginess and whatever that added sauce was.

I don't know why I thought my experience at the Zachary location would be different than the Baker location; I've been waiting for the service at the Baker location to get better for the last several years and so far no luck!
