Seoul Topokki makes it high on our high taste-per-dollar list. Korean culinary tradition includes doctor’s advice - food is medicine there, by tradition, and there’s a wide assortment of healthy options for the budget-conscious. The kimchi back rib stew and mozzarella cheese tteokbokki I ate at Seoul Tteokbokki in Boston are still better than the soft tofu stew in Bukchang-dong in Koreatown, New York. This reminds me of this, so I might have to go to Boston again.. I asked why the soup for braised back ribs was so delicious, and I was told that they put vegetable broth in the soup. I brought the adults with me while traveling in the U.S. It was the most delicious meal I had during my trip to the U.S.... Haha. They said it was the most delicious meal of the entire trip.... The tteokbokki was delicious and the Kimchi Galbijjim (spicy braised kimchi) is a must-try if you fancy kimchi... For me, the Dolsot Bibimbap was the most delicious... ......
