I have visited this Dunkin many times while passing through Barre & more often than not, we have had several mishaps/mistakes made when placing our orders. Recently I ordered a medium iced chai latte & received a large instead. I told the sales associate I had ordered a medium & she asked whether I wanted to wait so that she could figure out how to fix this error & refund my money, seeing as they had charged me for a large also when this wasn't what I had ordered...but upon noticing...read full review

Visited this location about a dozen times over the last 5 months. At least half the time they got my order wrong and once I was served food through the drive thru that they TOLD ME was cold and expected me to just accept that and drive away.

Don't bother mobile ordering from here. 3 times I've mobile ordered and 3 times it's either wrong, they don't have items, or it's not ready (during low traffic times and items like donuts), sometimes alll three issues.
