Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

I gave service one star, not due to the server, she was wonderful, but due to the fact that we waited almost ten minutes to be seated when the restaurant was practically empty. There was no one around to seat us. While we were eating a couple of people arrived, waited for at least ten minutes to be seated, and when no one helped them, they left.

After making a reservation on OpenTable because there were 7 of us, we arrived and they seemed surprised that we were there. The host, who I am not sure if he was the manager, never welcomed us but just looked at us and we were not even sure if he worked there-that's how awkward it was. After being seated, we ordered drinks, which took over 15 minutes to be served. Bertucci's food prep, quality & portions never disappoint!! Their staff, although limited, is efficient, attentive & they all work to provide the best service possible. Their dining in specials are amazing, (80's Throw Back prices) which draws in crowds, so a little patience & consideration on the part of their customers goes far in helping to make everyone's dining experience more pleasant. ?.
