This is a gem of a vegan "earthy" restaurant one would expect to find in a "University" or college town location like Amherst or Orono. It has this type of great "energy" to it. It is healthy & delish eats, no matter wat anyone's dietary preferences are, having said that, the vegans and veggies amongst us, will be in 7th heaven.
