My hotel room was set up identical to a motel 6 but with marble bathroom. I was not impressed by the room. Others I traveled with had decently set up rooms though. There was no refrigerator except for the mini bar which was too packed for me to add my personal drinks to. The room was at least clean.Every service worker was very kind and patient. I never saw an unfriendly face during my stay. The nearest convenience store was dirty and unkempt. I walked an extra five minutes for a decent one.Rooms: As stated, the set up was small and copy/paste of cheap motels. There's no where to store personal drinks. I will add that the toilet space was very small and inconvenient. There is no fan to vent the steam during a shower. The shower wand was point directly out the shower door when I turned it on.The seating for daytime leisure was minimal, I found myself sitting on the bed when we had company to accommodate our guests. There was only place for one person to eat in the room. The saving grace is that the room was kept very clean and the bed was comfortable.Nearby activities: I loved how close the important historic locations were, I never had to walk more than 20 minutes to get where I wanted.Safety: I felt very safe walking near or in the hotel. I never had to deal with any safety issues during my stay. The doormen were also very cautious and gentle when dealing with my bags and luggage at any time.

All generally good. The service staff had several miscue, nothing major. They made good in the end.

You couldn’t ask for a better location for a hotel in Boston. The doorman were always super helpful and friendly as were the waitresses in the restaurants inside. The rooms could use a refresh as could the common spaces in the hotel. Just outdated and slightly dirty which isn’t expectedNearby activities: Inbetween the seaport and north end, there’s constantly things to do and restaurants to try

Very nice hotel. The room including a sitting area / living room, which is great for business travelers who may spend more time in the room doing work than a tourist might. I also enjoyed the steam room and pool amenities. And the staff was courteous, but not annoying and constantly trying to get tips like some of the other five star hotels like Four Seasons. Highly recommend.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Good rooms, good bed, good shower, good food. It's very hard to find a hotel that has all of these things and this one has them.

We had a great stay there. Beautiful hotel a services. Get one of those rooms that has a cater view if you can. The gym is exceptionally good with water and snacks. We want for every day. And the location is good to restaurants across the bridge.

Service was well below any standard hotel- nevermind one that is this cost. The front desk manager however was apologetic and spoke to his staff.

We stayed for one night (wish it could have been more) and had a very good experience - mostly due to the staff (from the valet to the bellhops to the front desk to the waitstaff). Everyone was very good. The room we had looked towards the city, but was very large, including an office area separated from the bedroom area by an archway. The food we had was good, and the location was great. Overall, very good!

Quick service when responding to housekeeping needs. Great water pressure for the shower. Terrible toilet paper though. For $500-$1000 per night, you’d expect something better than angel

Tiago and Ducker were the best bartenders! As new comers to New England they made the BEST drinks and even brought out books and suggested where to tour. The manager Jeff made sure everything was up to par and exceeded my expectations. Highly suggest visiting boston and specifically this place!

Oh what a night of fun! Walked through the archway and heard great music. The love entertainment was amazing. Sat at a small bar and had a delicious espresso martini. The well dressed gentleman at the corner was watching every detail. We sparked a conversation and he introduced himself. Ronnie! Security at the hotel and has worked there’s for 16 years. We had fantastic conversations and laughs. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. We will be back. Can’t beat the views! Thank you again Ronnie!

The friendliest front desk desk staff, of note Emille saved our first day of the trip by allowing a very early check in. The hotel is amazing.
