[EDITED: this review was for the previous restaurant at this location, which I guess had closed.] Somehow the reservation system was happy to take a reservation, and send me constant reminders. This despite the fact that the restaurant is very closed and appears to have been so for about 3 months (the date of the last review, while there had been many before that). The walking dead website functions just fine. Somehow, between the owners, the reservation service Minitable, and "Google Reservations" (what's that??) someone might have noticed? We only found out when we went to the restaurant. Of course, it's Chinatown, not hard to get a good meal even at the busiest of times, but still disappointing to say the least.

It's not a good experience especially I'm just picking up the togo order... Didnt use ubereat for a while when waitress asking me where's you pick code and I have no idea where i should look at. When I said idk maybe i don't have a code and she started to question me how on the earth you don't have the code when everyone else has...with no politeness and patientness, which makes me pissed off for sure. Maybe just for that one person and others Could me nice and providing good service but I don't think I will come again for sure

Amazing staff and an affordable selection of cuisine that was out of this world. A must eat location.

Reasonably priced food with good portions. It’s not an amazing dining experience but gets the job done.

The food tastes good, but the restaurant atmosphere is too bad. There are several middle-aged women waiters who keep shouting, which is very noisy. Affects your mood! And very unfriendly to guests!

The orders are taken online, and no one helps even when asked for assistance. However, at the time of billing, they refuse to leave unless you tip them at least 15%. There's no escaping this situation.Fortunately, the food was the saving grace.

If the service can give 0 stars, I will give 0 stars. The waiters don't know how to respect the guests.

The checkin was automated and the hostesses wouldn’t talk to us or make eye contact. We didn’t know how long we were going to wait. Once we got seated, we ordered online and when we had questions, they made us feel like a nuisance. The rice came separately from our entrees and came out late. When we asked for the rice, they were angry with us. The food itself was pretty good though.
