The coffee is good, but service isn't. They staff didn't pay attention and made a cappuccino instead of latte. When brought that to their notice, there is no apology. Instead she asked do I want what I ordered ?. What arrogance!
This could be so much better but the service is so inconsistent.The staff has improved over the last year - now for the most part, all of the baristas are pleasant when in the past it was rare. There was one particularly unfriendly woman who was borderline hostile most of the time first thing in the morning. I'm so glad I haven't seen her in a while.I know it's not an easy job dealing with pre-caffinated people on their way to work. They do a good job and make great drinks....read full review

Great spot. Shaunna and Janelle got me absolutely hooked on the single origin Colombian coffee. Always super friendly. Greeted with a smile and positivity every day. Wonderful staff.
