This Caffe Nero location is a busy one and unfortunately, may be too understaffed for the amount of patrons they serve here on a daily basis. Lines here form at all times of the day and on really bad days, getting a (mediocre) latte here could be upwards to 20+ minutes. If you're crunched on time, I suggest stopping by somewhere else. I had a cafe latte with almond milk, and it was one of the best! The batista was skillful and efficient. I went on a Sunday morning and spent an hour reading a book. The atmosphere was friendly, not too noisy.

I love this location. It’s a great environment to spend a few hours catching up on work or just relaxing. It’s always clean and staff are welcoming and knowledgeable.
